We have a lifetime guarantee on all grade 2 or better locks we sell and install**.

We carry proof with us that we are not a felon. We want you to ask for that proof! There are felons in our area who own a locksmith business. And there may be felons working as a locksmith for any of the local locksmith companies.  Never for us!

We have been late 3 times in over 40 years of locksmith service and if we are more than 30 mins. Late for your service, we will give you 10% off the entire bill***.

* After 4:30 PM and weekends and Holidays – overtime charges do apply. No overtime charges for previously scheduled service with prepaid “Minimum Charge” of $70.00. Prepaid charges are not refundable for any reason but to apply to charges of services rendered. Also, you must answer your phone: 45 mins before time due so if there are complications with your directions or address, we can discuss them to make sure we arrive on time.

** We will replace free, any grade 2 lockset or better that fails under normal usage; no time limit. This does not include the new service charges or labor costs. If commercial applications, the locksets guaranty is for Grade 1 locksets only. We do not guaranty any lockset such as Kwikset, Master and many others. We only install them at customer's direction and we strongly suggest that you never use them.

*** Be safe. When the service person arrives, ask them to show you proof that they are not felons. We carry a South Carolina Governmental ID that can not be obtained by a felon or illegal immigrant and other unsavory persons.
